Why dont you have ID? You only need your driving licence and a proof of address of some sort. Everyone has a council tax bill for instance.

i cant drive no DL never been aboard so never had a password

If you don't have ID then that'll be why you can't get an account!! Even basic accounts require you to provide some sort of ID to open them.

NO i have HRMC letter which is accepted
