Hi nicp60,
Thanks for msg. After my intial wave of positivity the clouds returned and been fighting them away. Just trying to use all my energy to keep going to work at the moment. I am struggling to do anything. I need to call the bank and debt charity today! And try and get a grip on things as I feel spinning out of control again.. Sorry for negative note but I am so glad I found here, just need to get stronger to deal with all this.
Regards

Can I also suggest a visit to your GP about your depression. If you are already seeing him/her another visit to update things may be order.0

Hi Gemini yes I am looking for a gp as haven't got one at the moment but will sign on later today hopefully as I realise this is not just feeling a bit down! And pulling myself together..

Not got much advice to add - the guys and gals on here are great - just wanted to send you some positive thoughts and wish you the best of luck. Remember what Martin says - no money problem is unsolveable

Thank you HBS for the thoughts, I am tiring to convince myself of that fact and reading peoples amazing stories on here both of those that have succeeded and those still 'in it' are immensely supportive and encouraging! just need to deal with the dark clouds..

Well Done Tom. You are obviously making a huge effort which I know is very hard when things seem awful. Good luck in your GP search0

Hi Tom,
I know how difficult it is to work things out when your mind is not working at its best, I found this site quite helpful as it deals with all sorts of mental health issues and has forums to talk to people who may be experiencing some of what you are feeling right now.

Hi Tom
Just want to wish you all the best. It is not easy but take it one step at a time and you will get there.

Agreed taking each day as it is for good or bad, don't dwellon what could be, or what you might have achieved had you been feeling stronger, sometimes it is enough just to get to the end of the day and things not be any worse. Look after yourself and try to get enough sleep, I find if I don't sleep well then I cannot function as well as I want to.
It does get easier and with the help of your GP you will be on the road to recovery before you know it.
the money problems will seem less difficult if you can look at them objectively.
