I last posted 30 April since then...
I have brought the balance on Halifax CC down from £983.39 to £574.17
I was aiming to lose 2 stone...I have put 7ls on(please can I be excused as I've had an hysterectomy 5 weeks ago so can't exercise)
My next challenge was to pay money off MBNA ...I have now put this on Barclays so will aim to clear as much as possible off that as well as the Halifax card..0 -

So - 1. lose 2 stone you fat slob. 2. exercise (was going to say more, but an extra turning over in bed would constitiute more for me at the moment) 3. pay 1k off my debts
To do this - 1. stop over eating you fat slob. Oops Some progress - lost 4lbs, only 24 to go......... Had Boots healthclub thing come through, 1/2 price for ever on Slimfast Smoothies so that's breakfast taken care of. If I start well I may continue well........
2. Walk and exercise bike. Swim if I can stop being a girlie and keep head out of water - otherwise it makes my neck worse. Started this morning. Have done 15 mins on exercise bike. Will do 10 every morning & night at least 5 times a week from now on. Well, have done SOME so it's a start.
3. Hmmmmm....... need to maximise every opportunity for extra income, as 1k = £9.90 a day  . So, clicks, ebay, paid surveys, quidco (:lovethoug), mystery shopping (loads about but generally just paying for your meal. As most are crap wonderfully nutritious but not necessarily low calorie outlets there is a balance to strike here......) Not much out there, but earned £1.50 on a survey the other day and due a payment of around £60 from Gapbuster so doing my best. Paid £37.50 off ccard yesterday from night out allowances from work.
Keep up the good work everyone!!!!Debt 17 12 06 - £7700. 1st Feb 07 £6903, getting there1st March 07 £6666 (yikes!) 1st April 07 £6329 17.8% 1st May £6085.48 21%, 1st June £5522.13 28.3%, 1st July £5194.46, 32.54%, 1st Aug £4700, 39%, 1st Sept £4411, 42.7% :j :j:j

Just a quick update to keep myself in check
1 To sort out my budget. I have done a lot this week but their is still a way to go. At least I can see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel.
2 Lose weight. I have been doing ok with this. I haven't been starving, just cutting out the rubbish. One inch gone from the stomach woohoo.
3 To inish half completed D I Y. Well I have finished my hall - finally after 3yrs. Next job is to complete the bathroom which will be completed when I get a couple of days of over bank holiday. Makes a change, usually spend them working.
4 Cleanse every night. Done.
Isn't it amazing how much that can be done when you have to confess to everyone.
Good luck with the challenges all.

Me and food again, tho that was nowhere on my original post. I just robbed 5 minutes from my prep time for work to look at the thread that Martin recommended on the latest email - its great, all about how to use peanut butter. I'm good on getting a variety of veg inside of me, but terrible on the flavourings - its either tomato or pesto, and sometimes I *make* myself use mild curry powder. I need more variety on the sauces, and this is a great start. I obviously don't use the os board enough. Rats, another resolution!:rotfl:2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Bulldust...you are still posting and looking at the thread which is far better than putting your head in the sand.
You don't need to move mountains in 101 days, the time period is just a snapshot of the bigger picture which you can use to monitor that you are moving forwards.
You can do it, if an overweight fairy like me can then so can you!I'm the only gay in this forum

we had *diet* fish and chips for tea
Haha...the best thing to do in these circumstances is make a little concession and have a diet coke with it; after all, it makes you look all toned and muscly like the guys in the adverts. (although the latest DC man is a little below par IMO)I'm the only gay in this forum
