No it's not. One lot of relatives has triplets and another has quads. Neither had very much in the way of help other than family but they managed because people do when they don't have much choice.

No one can help. As stated before, it is highly unlikely anyone would want to insure your wife at this stage as it would be possible to already know that you are expecting triplets. How can they prove you haven't gone for a private scan already?
Still, if you think it can be done, go down the list of all main insurers and see what they say. Otherwise, I would let it rest until you get your 12 week scan and start planning afterwards.0
