both can be unlocked but only the ef61 remotely by code, the a1000 needed to be unlock by box and maybe testpoint depending on boot loader version.

why don't you take them to a shop.

I live in cyprus, and for the few places there is to take them, the reputation is not so great. hence why my final resort is to seek the good old internet.

I am trying to umlock my sons' 3200. I have downloaded a calculator and this has given me 7 codes. Followed the instructions to input +7 but this has failed(twice), tried +6 and +1. I think this means I have 1 more chance. Any ideas please?
Yes, you have got one more chance

  • Hi, please be gentle at my imbecile question as I really don't know anything much about mobiles. I want to get a PAYG phone for my daughter who currently has a T Mobile contract. I'd like the phone to be unlocked as easily as possible.

So far the phones I've looked at are the Motorola MOTORAZR V3 for £69.95 inc £20 air time and the Sony Ericsson K750i at £99.95 with £10 airtime inc. Both offers at CPW - forgot to say, both on T Mobile

Does anyone have any general advice or recommendation for phones which might be easier to unlock. I don't mind paying a small fee, but don't have access to any market stalls locally.
Also, are any networks or suppliers particularly tricky with getting phones unlocked?

    Thanks in advance.

It is, but only by Test Point, take it to a professional unlocker.
