  • Does anybody know how to unlock a siemens A60 ? thanks!
  • Hello, I'm new and sorry if the answer is on the forum here somewhere but I've read through it and can't seem to find it.

I got a samsung D500 ex orange contract phone from a workmates brother recently and it was unlocked to vodafone PAYG and fine, working perfectly but after about 3 weeks when i tried to phone out the message 'conditional forwarding' came up and i am no longer able to phone out or recieve calls. I can still get send and recieve texts, and i checked online to see if it was stolen but it isnt.

What else could be wrong? can I fix it with one of the codes already listed or will I have to go through a shop?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. also apologies again if the answer is staring me in the face.
    Thanks!

i have read through these threads and cant find the phone my daughter has listed. it is a pay as you go vodaphone model vk570 which i want to unlock. i am not impressed with the phone or the net work but figure if i change the network it might be a bit more tolerable for her to use.

    cheers

    info copied from another forum:

It's just a reminder message that conditional diverts (on busy, no reply, not available) have been set. There is a dedicated icon for unconditional divert (Divert Always), but there is no icon for conditional diverts. The reminder message is meant to remind you they're still active, and to handle your calls accordingly, if a second call comes in, that you may not want to divert to your on on busy or on no reply number. The reminder is an added feature of the network.

Depending on your provider, unconditional diverts may be used to divert to voicemail. Of course you can cancel them, which will take away the reminder but may render your voicemail useless, or whatever your unconditional diverts may be

there is some free s/w on the net but you need to buy the correct unlocking cable which would be about £10, for a one off may be better to try your local market stall
