Hi All

Just had to let everyone know what a great experience I had with a particular seller on ebay. The seller's shop is called Unlock Mobilephones.

Anyway, those who have been posting me help, thank you. But here's what happened, after I bought a clip from this seller, it didn't work, so he promptly exchanged it. Still didn't work. Anyway, seller told me if I sent him the phone he'd take a look at it. Which he did - and it turned out to be my phone that was the problem not the clip - a software problem. Which the seller has completely sorted for me and posted my phone back to me registered delivery - how's that for service!!

Restores your faith in humanity! So now I am a super happy bunny!

Thanks again to everyone who tried to help me on my journey to unlocked phone land. In future am only going to buy phones from carphone warehouse, where apparently all the phones come unlocked!

Hello all. I am looking to unlock a Samsung E740. Is it possible to do this via a code for free or do I have to pay for this? If it's a code, what can I use? If not, who do you guys recommend for phone unlocking? There's loads out there!

Also, to flash the mobile and remove branding, how would I go about it? I don't suppose it's too important anyhow to do this.

this is a pretty easy phone to unlock, a local market stall/shop should be able to do it for you for £5-£10
