Virgin will give you the unlock code after so much credit has been applied but there are no free codes. You could try a market stall unlocker. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
the w220i is a motorola phone.
anyway i think a local unlocker should be able to to this, although i cant guarantee this as it dont know what platform the phone is based on0 -
In some of the other threads it has been stated that the k810i cant be simply unlocked but can be by "various shops and market stalls". That sounds slightly dodgy. Any idea what they do, and how much it costs? Is this something that is dangerous to the phone?
Thanks!0 -
It is perfectly fine.
You can do it yourself, but depending on the type of phone, the equipment can cost £0 - £skys the limit.
Shops and market stalls get the equipment because they have the custom to make it worthwhile.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0
