Your local unlocking shop will be able to do it with cable and hardware, will cost between £5 and £10, there are no free unlocking codes for this phone.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN PLEASE ENSURE ALL LOCKS ARE OFF !!!
ie:SIM/PHONE/PIN LOCK
OTHERWISE IT MAY MESS UP THE CODE PROCESS TO DO THIS GO TO YOUR SECURITY MENU AND DISABLE THE PIN SIM AND PHONE LOCK IF YOU HAVE THEM ACTIVATED.
( Use your Original locked network Sim for above )

Please follow these instructions Very carefully


E900 Unlock

1. Turn off your phone, put in any SIM
( Except sim of Locked Network/02/ 3 Network ) Then turn on

2. At the wrong card message, type *#9998*3323#.

i.e ( star/hash/9998/star/3323/hash )

A message will pop up telling you to press exit, Press exit.
Choose malloc fail.
Your phone will reboot and your SIM will work.


3. Type *0141# and then hit call.
This will give you a message saying your phone is personalized.
Then go back to MENU-SECURITY and make sure locks still diabled and ammend if need be. Before going on to next stage.

4. Power down your phone and insert the “Sim you want to use”
( That is any Sim, except for a 3 Network Sim)

Power back up your phone.


> 5. At the SIM code prompt type 00000000, (that is 8 zeroes.) Your

I have a sony ericsson w880i locked to vodafone - what are my options with this phone to unlock it? Could you give me the names of some websites etc that might be helpful?

Hello! I did search to see if anyone had posted about unlocking a SE W810i but no luck. Mine is locked to Orange - I understand that there's no code to do it free. I am in East Mids but working in central birmingham for the next few weeks - any idea where I can get it done and how much it would cost me.

It's all legitimate so I could go to an orange shop - I'm upgrading to a W880i as I am at end of contract and my other half wants my W810i

people should charge between £10-£15 to unlock these. i got my old k700i unlocked for £10
