i haven't used them myself, but i have used wotanserver (but they only offer debranding). davinci is highly recommended on the expansys forum.

only orange can supply you with the code to unlock this, as it is a BB5 nokia and these cannot be unlocked by a local shop/market yet

No free codes to unlock this phone, best thing to do is buy an unlocking clip which simply attaches where the charger goes and unlocks your phone in 5 seconds just by powering the phone on. Then you sell the clip on ebay and make your money back that you paid for it. They are £9, if you wish to buy one then P.M me and will give you the details where to buy one.
