Free codes for Unlocking Phones OTHER than Nokia's

Thanks i tried that, they will give me code but Sharp havent given Vodafone the unlocking codes and they have to request them. My problem is im giving the phone to my mum who is emigrating on Tuesday !!! Vodafone said the code cannot be activated abroad, so unless i hear back from them before tuesday ( very unlikely !!) im stuck. So any help with a code will be much appreciated.

ok not sure what i am doing got a new siemens ax72 with virgin pay as you go is it poss to unlock it??

you will have to get it unlocked directly then - should be about £5-£10
code can be activated anywhere though? you just enter it like this
01 - From front screen type *01763*6371#
02 - The handset will reset back to the main screen
03 - Press M button.
04 - Scroll to Settings and press SELECT.
05 - Scroll to Security and press SELECT.
06 - Scroll to MEP locks and press SELECT.
07 - Enter your Handset Code (the default code is 0000) and press OK.
08 - Scroll to Network and press SELECT.
09 - Scroll to Deactivate and press SELECT.
10 - Enter Unlock Code we send to you and press OK.
11 - Handset should then display DONE and be unlocked.

I will make that last option tuesday morn thanks lol, heard posts where people dont get codes etc, i posted because id seen someone else request a code here and someone gave them one, im hoping that person returns soon :j

that will be dvds2000 - he is a major reseller of remote codes and unlocking stuff
he has to pay for the codes so i dont think he will be doing many for free but im sure he can do you one for a good price if not
otherwise you can also try james-73 on here

I just tried my works vodafone sim in the M_i_laws O2 X1b phone and it came up with network lock, it now asks for a network code

If I placed a code in there....am I doing it to allow the phone to work with the vodaphone sim alone or am I unlocking the phone to work on all networks

Does anyone have these codes to unlock to all networks please ?

it will unlock to all nets but there afree no free codes for this model
