If that is the case then you can get a PUK code from vodafone and that will get the phone up and running again. I think gaming guy was thinking it might have been reported stolen and the IMEI has been blocked rendering the phone useless
  • would vodafone give me the PUK code though? the phone is registered to someone else, wouldnt they think i have stolen it?

I have a Mitsubishi MT - 360 TRIUM 110 mobilephone. Anyone know of a shop/market stall in the Bournemouth/Wimborne area where I can get this unlocked? Thank you.

they should, providing the sim is registered to you.

if it makes three beeps when you try to call out, it will most likely be imei barred

you can unlock it, but not for free unless its over a year old and you are the registered owner of the phone. after a year voda will give you the code for free

you could take it to a local shop/market stall to see if they can do it, or you could get the code from the network.
