Hi all, Looked through lots of threads for my particular problem but couldn't find it, hence the new thread. All the others I read involve drivers who actually got a ticket on their windscreen or a letter - which I didn't. I checked my bank account this morning and found the following item: APCOA Off Street Uxbridge £67.83…

Might be difficult, as there was no duress (unlike clamping for example). Misrepresentation would be the other avenue, but good luck convincing a card issuer that this was the case.
