Am I right in thinking that if the OP was driving and caused the accident they wouldnt be able to claim for any injuries to themselves anyway. ?
Only passengers/ohters injured would be able to claim anything.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

So how could they prove an injury, the wont just take his or the drives word for it. Neither the ins. co. or the claim service.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Don't you mean "so many people who have to pay increased premiums because of fake claimers on this thread""fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people so full of doubts." (Bertrand Russell)0 -

Your distain for those who claim their rights when injured seems to be all consuming.
Where do you see any suggestion the OP was actually driving at the time?
This incident happened last October, and the OP has now come to ask advice following discovering from an ambulance chaser he could get some compensation.
To suggest he was really driving does seem OTT!0 -

It was a general question and not aimed at the OP, it required an answer. I didnt see any suggestion that the oP was driving,
I never made any such suggestion. You seem to have missed the word 'IF'
