But he hasnt come back and said whether he went to hospital or doctors so he actually has some proof of his injuries.
If not, then it's game over.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

money doesnt make things better, unless he took time off work their isnt a loss.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Minds me of the Cigar Collector who claimed that the cigars he craved were destroyed in a series of small fires. The insurers had to pay out, then sued the person who smoked them to recover thier costs.0

Just out of interest, would you be making an injury claim if it was you who had been driving and the accident was your own fault?
Would you make a claim if you tripped at home, maybe your wife caused you to trip somehow, and you had a sore back for a while?
Why do you think claiming some cash will help your back (which you say is ok)?
There shouldn't be monetary claims for this type of thing. The most anyone should get in circumstances such as this is an offer of physio.0
