I did mean try a different phone not network..you need to rule the phone out before you can be sure.

I'm not "jumping" to conclusions, I'm basing them on what you have posted.

Thats the first time you have mentioned that ....in which case it rules out your protestations regarding getting a signal at home.
"If" they did supply you with one and the box has become faulty and is in warranty then it should be replaced foc, although it's rather strange that your complaints have not been based around this rather than bringing it up now.

As for post #3 regarding Voda ...."Voda no go, why should I pay £50 to boost their carp service, what a joke! "
If you thought they were carp and had to pay £50 why sign up with them ????

Agreed ..."If" they supplied you with a free box then yes it would explain being able to use 900 minutes a month.

Sorry but you clearly don't understand and I'm not being patronising.
In order to win your case you need to "prove" your case first.
Quoting signal issues from area's outside your own immediate location would be fruitless and picking random posters on a public forum won't count for anything.
As pointed out the major issue is that you have lost the option by changing primary location since you took out the contract.
"If" you did get a free suresgnal anyway that also would have been an agreement to solve the issue.

You have me wrong I'm afraid, you asked for advice which I gave in post #2 which seems to be ignored

As for "trying" to trip you up you seem to manage ok yourself for example you now say they gave you a signal box which you say is faulty and won't replace ????
And yet in the OP above you say .........

You also went on to say ........

And yet you are now saying they have provided you with one for" free" to make your 900 minutes a month calls but it's faulty ?????

I will make this brief as I do not have too much time on my hand, unlike some.

The suresignal box was given to me, not purchased and they have refused and are within there rights not to replace it as it was a gift. There was no need to mention this in my opinion as it muddies the water, look what you've read into it for example.

Not sure what your obsession with 900 minutes a month is and I really do not care as it is my business and mine alone how many minutes I use.

Why oh why do you keep repeating the same points that I have answered, finishing with loads of question marks like a petulant child.

Thank you for the help you have given Silk but as for the patronising and the accusations you know what you can do with them.

Now do us both a favour and move on, I bid you good day.

Look, if you're that confident of winning in court why are you even here?

For some help, advice and assistance. Which I greatly appreciate, but I will not be spoken down to, patronised and have someone search all my previous comments to undermine me or try and portray me as a liar as if they are defending a claim against themselves.

Silk has made some very valid points, they're just not what you want to hear. So why not just crack on with your case against Voda.

"If" it were true that it was given to you to resolve the issue it nullifies your claim. The gift excuse is rubbish it still carries a warranty. A mobile phone included in a contract is also classed as a "gift" but still has warranty

It's not an obsession as you call it ....If you are able to run up 900 minutes a month it also nullifies your claim that you are unable to use the service

The question marks are there because the statements you make are questionable to say the least and for some reason facts seem to need repeating to you before it sinks in.

Your welcome, I'm not accusing you of anything I'm just pointing out the flaws in your story.

You and I are both regular posters on here and I'm certainly not responsible for the statements you make. As a regular reader like you of this section I remember your thread regarding signal boxes as also your thread regarding VOIP which is why this thread made no sense.
You asked for advice regarding your claim and it was given with examples of the conflicting statements you made.

If you think it's something personal you are wrong, the intention was to save you money in court, however as you seem to take it as some sort of insult then fair enough I will leave you to it.

As Gordon says if you think you can win go ahead ....but don't come back here crying because you lose and end up with costs awarded against you ;)

And what makes you think this is one of the extremely rare cases where the Court would grant costs?
