I am actually getting on very well! Despite not being in an area where I should get good coverage, I am managing very well, three laptops connected to the hotspot.

Additionally, I found out that if you order online, there is a 14 day cancellation policy, if you are unhappy. In store they told us there isn't one, but because we were in a 'yellow' (medium reception) zone there would be a 7 day cancellation policy, but we did not need to cancel.

I went for the one plan, the only one with unlimited internet
It's hard to say about the speed, because the speed test comes out very low every time, but the actual speeds I am experiencing while browsing, downloading and streaming are fine (not insanely fast but fast enough).
I wouldn't use it instead ofnormal broadband because of the inconvenience of having to turn on a hotspot all the time, and because regular broadband speeds are faster, but it's good as a temporary solution (until my landlady installs a landline and broadband).
