It is quite a few months since the last message but I thought I would add a recent experience. Am trying out some Newflame as it came at a very good price from these people - £17.50 for 50kg. I ordered this Monday afternoon, got an immediate email acknowledgement, had an email yesterday lunchtime to say that it was being delivered today. It came this morning, ie in under 48hr. The delivery driver was extremely pleasant and helpful. I don't think that you could wish for much more! 5* service!0
