Does anyone have any experience of using this company please?
I have just purchased Taybrite from our local coal merchant at £21 for 50kg, but cheap-coal are selling at £19.99. I do like to support local business, but in this economy I have to go for the cheapest!

Have not heard of them but prices look ok, I used nationalcoal.co.uk they were also competitive0

Thanks, will look at their website0

I had a look at the website, It's not cheap. I pay £12.25 per 25kg of Phurnacite from the marina. The cheap coal wanted £16.00. Personal I wound support your local merchant.0

I agree that they aren't particularly cheap - very much on a par with even my local 'big name' coal merchant and a fair bit costlier than my former supplier - a local firm now closed down.0

They call themselves cheap?
Hate to think what dear was0 -
I have to say that BLAZE at only £5.99 for a 20kg bag is an absolute bargain where I live. £15 for 50kg of smokless is £5 cheaper than anyone in the West Midlands. I think I shall give them a try.~~~~~~~~~~~~Halifax, taking the Xtra since 1853:rolleyes:~~~~~~~~~~~~0

Just placed my first order, card went through on a secure server, immediate email after purchase to state order being dispatched shortly. I will update on here as to service. The website states delivery in under 7 days. If they honour the first order and their prices remain low, I shall continue to use them as I have just saved £30 compared to Coals2U who have spent years gobbling up small and reliable, local coal merchants.~~~~~~~~~~~~Halifax, taking the Xtra since 1853:rolleyes:~~~~~~~~~~~~0

They are a lot more than cpl (coals2U) for my area but, since they are based in Wolverhampton, I'd expect them to be cheaper for you.
National, also mentioned in this thread, was cheaper than cpl on certain stuff and more expensive on other (having gone through the sites).0 -

Placed my order on the 21st and received immediate confirmation email. Money debited from account on the same day. I sent an email yesterday politely enquiring about a delivery date because I know bad weather slows people down, but have not had a response. The site does say 7 days for delivery so I guess they will turn up on Monday.
Will update.~~~~~~~~~~~~Halifax, taking the Xtra since 1853:rolleyes:~~~~~~~~~~~~0
