Hi my name is Angela Ashton and I am writing on behalf of my daughter Lisa Williams.
I read your thread regarding next step beauty as my daughter has had the same scenario she booked a course locally as she has to work and booked time off and next step cancelled then it happened again and she changed her day off they then once again they cancelled it and she can not change her day it’s taking the mickey so she cancelled it, after paying £354.00 they have told her they can only refund £100.00 as she had opened their paper work which she did as she expected to carry on with her course and wanted to get ahead.
Please advise your story she is devastated as she has no more money for another course.
Kind Regards Angela:(0 -

FANTASTIC THAT YOUVE WON A COURT CASE .
If you had the time it might actually be worth starting a thread just about your case as so few have had successes in dealing with these .Might make it easier for other to find your posts quicker
******I notice they’ve suspended your review on trustpilot.********
Their m.o. is to
a) claim the customer has ‘ accessed ‘ the web portal( inferring this is sub-fraud)
Or
b) if the reviewer doesn’t Use their real name ( as many don’t and shouldn’t!)
They say “ we don’t have any record of you”
Seriously they need to be stopped!
I’m shocked at how many people they are doing this to:eek::eek:0 -
Just for google it appears the arpels are trying to distance themselves from
Their ‘ business’ .
The director is now named as ‘ Andy Cox’ ( Andrew cox ?)giving the serviced office address in Brandon , which may or may not be legal.
HARVEY ADAM HOUSE
WIMBLEDON AVENUE
BRANDON
UNITED KINGDOM
IP27 0NZ
Company No. 10055020
As Deniece Arpels maiden name was Cox , it appears this is likely to be a relative . Any more information on him welcomed for google and the thread.
On companies house, Daniel Louis Arpels , has a company listed “ Gandi Limited” but I think he fails to mention his previous directorships- again possibly illegal.
Someone called Andy works in this business with him.

This is another of my favourites howlers from Gandi.digital
http://gandi.digital/portfolio/victoria-arpels/
Quote “ I believe every woman can sparkly like a diamond” Victoria xxx
A ‘ holding page’..web page to impress allegedly showing Victoria arpels
new website that’s ‘ going to launch’
For the business “ beauty tribe limited.”

Companies house entry shows a different registered office

I wonder what ‘van cleef and arpels ‘think of victorias quotes about diamonds and photos of photoshopped perfume bottles with her initials on ( Baring in mind van cleef and arpels sell perfume or used to)
Victoria, you need to face up to what your family are doing.
It’s a disgrace.0
