You previously asked me this question and I answered to you in post #10.

No you didn't! You said it 'started while I was working for my previous employer' that doesn't mean that your employer caused it!

It is clear that you have some significant health problems I think you should focus on dealing with these rather than some wild goose chase.

Even if you managed to get some evidence and convince a court to overule timebar you are still going to be ill.

    Good luck with your recovery.
  • ...I still waiting for your definition of a psychological injury.

It may be difficult to prove the link at the court but not impossible....

  • Hello,

I have called few solicitors today : they said that I need to find a specialist/GPs that will build the link for me (it is only them that can do it (certificate)).

    Thanks and regards

Hmmmm. I got pregnant while working for my previous employer. Should they be paying me childcare costs or damages or something?

Obviously that depends if your employer has something to do with your pregnancy : "the link". I think your case will be easier than mine (in you case a dna test will be enough...)

No, the employer didn't have anything to do with it.

    That was the point. ;)

    YOUR assumed "point".

Several of us have already told you this. The word of your GP would not be sufficient to make this link, you would need to have a specialist report - given that you have not found anyone to make this link to date, why do you believe you will now?

Because until now, no one was sure of the source of my pains (myself inclusive). But there is a small difference between what you were asking me yesterday : "if I had make the link" and what i have been advised today: "I have to find a SPECIALIST that will make the link".
