Two years after winning the 'BT Race to Infinity' in Whitchurch, Hampshire there are many who still cannot order it.
To be fair, there are many who can - and probably a lot of them do get much faster speeds than with ADSL.

Last year BT advised that our area would be upgraded in 2013, but now that it's 2013 our area is no longer even on the list!
How come the government can provide £billions to upgrade the railways to HST, which will only benefit a minority of the population, but leaves it to organisations such as BT to control and delay the implementation of high speed electronic communication, which will surely benefit the majority of the population?0
