Anyone happy with Sky broadband unlimited?

Nothing wrong with the 2504n although the new SR101 seems a bit more stable.
If the previous poster is in a rural area they probably are not on Sky, but have the awful Sky Connect a rebadged BT product.
I can confirm i am definitely with Sky, i live about 4 miles outside of a town but my connection is the last on the phone line (hence the slow downloads that i am used to)
Still doesn't make up for the mediocre Customer Services and disgraceful router.
I will point out, the only reason i do not class the Customer Service of Sky as bad is because they are normally willing to play about with the settings, nothing further ever seems to come forth in terms of help though.
This is my experience, i do realise that everyone else has a different view and will post accordingly.0 -
Care to post your router line statistics?

My understanding is that you can only pay line rental upfront if you order by phone, not online (for new customers anyhow). So losing £80 cashback for a £50 rental saving.
I ordered my phone/bb package online. Once it's activated, I called the SKY customer service and asked whether I can pay the line rental upfront, the adviser asked his boss and came back to say yes. So I think it's possible to order online and then pay by phone. Anyway the cashback is still shown as tracked, so finger are crossed.0
