  • Jet2 turned down our claims earlier this year claiming extraordinary conditions without providing any detail. Given the ruling in August do we reclaim against Jet2 or elsewhere.

Re-Submit a claim, with an NBA and get your due compensation, what was the reason for the delay? We can tell you if it's a genuine EC or not, more than likely NOT

  • Our flight from Paphos to East Midlands was delayed by nearly 4 hours in September 2012. Both my partner and I put in a claim using the template, which were rejected siting extraordinary circumstances. Having read some of the earlier blogs I think others have also had claims rejected for this late flight.
    Thanks Dave

So I take it the reason for the delay is unknown ?

If you post the flight details, date and time of scheduled flight, flight number then one of the regulars in here will check it for you.

    Cheers,

It is the last paragraph of a long multi-faceted defence.

The fact is, that it's the last paragraph is rather telling.. as Vauban would say ;) whereas JP would mention excrement and I'd say clutching at straws!

Flight Stats for September 2012 show a couple of delays but all but one less than 60 mins one delay on September 19th 2012 shows a delay of 225 minutes I guess this is the flight. Flight no LS656 Bott & Co shows you are due 400euro per passenger. Read Vaubans guide and submit your NBA letter give them 14 days if they fail to pay, you can issue court proceedings or go with a No Win No Fee company like Bott & Co.

That is if this is the correct flight

No it's not, Dave can you triple check the details you've provided please. So far, things are not adding up for us.

EDIT It's got to be the 19th ? It's the only thing that makes sense.
