You contact CEDR and hassle them. Ask how they are going to enforce payment by tui, who are reknowned for this non compliance.
You contact Tui and hassle them. Demand a date by which you will be paid and also make your communication an NBA with 14 days for cleared payment.
Read up on small claims/MCOL procedures in case payment is not made.If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

Most airlines have a claim form on their website, is that what you used? Please read Vaubans superb guide. To find it Google and then download 'vaubans guide'.0 -
Wrong wording but yes I emailed (as the form wasnt working). I have had a reply email just asking for my address but no acceptance or denial.
I chased it up and was just told Tui have no time frame to reply.0 -
You don't have to wait any longer if you don't want to, they have had enough time to look into your claim by now.
You can progress it to CEDR now if you want...

Yes I have already. They have now ‘accepted’ the case and Tui now have 14 days (I believe, off the top of my head) to respond.0
