  • Thanks for the reply Centepede100. Would the counter to their defence form part of my witness statement or should I include this as a seperate document within the court bundle?

Also the details of their claim of extraordinary circumstance certainly do not match with what actually happened on my flight, they must be confusing it with another. Don't want to go into too much detail here. Do I raise this in the court bundle or leave it until my day in court.

    Thanks

Hi I have been trying to pm you but it won't send my message.was your delay connected to the plane g- omyt ? We are currently awaiting a court date and have just received further clarification on the plane s engine failures which the judge had asked for.similar to you there are discrepancies
also the judge asked for info on further cases relating to this they have stated two cases coming up
I am wondering if one of these could be yours? Please pm if you can

    Hi again
I've read the FAQs and checked my home contents insurance policy but sadly discovered that I did not take out legal cover.
Obviously I would like to pursue this delay.
Will i be able to wait until i've renewed my insurance in January and this time include legal cover?
If so, will the legal cover from the home insurance actually cover this seeing as i have already contacted TC?
I doubt without help that i'll be able to do this alone.

Think you should look into no win no fee firms - hint Bott & Co look popular.

Did you have the same insurance company when you took the flight? My current insurer wouldn't take it on as it was after the holiday but my previous insurance company did as I had legal cover with them too.
I'm pretty sure you can use your car insurance legal cover too if you have it?
