....and just because they pay out to one passenger on one flight doesn't automatically mean they will pay out to every other passenger on the same flight.

Hi

Perhaps a bit of an odd question... I was delayed on Monarch from Sharm to Gatwick on 8 July 2010.

I want to explore the actions taken by Monarch to try and get us home, and I remember there was another flight on the same route that left while we were waiting in the evening, but I don't remember which carrier it was.

Is there any way I can find out who it was? (I think probably Thomas Cook or Thomson)

Had Monarch's defence today, what a joke! quoting NEB's section 20 FOD ha! Huzar and not even the decision by the Judge! just quoting what he said and not his decision. Mainly waffle to boggle the un eductated in legalease, but thanks to this forum and my own work and my knowledge gained should blow this away easy.
