They are members of the bpa aos so can get dvla data.

As for franking of envelopes anyone can open an account and print envelopes, if you are sending quantities of mail it makes sense as you save money. Putting them as a large player though is a joke, these are just a puny company as scammers go.

Trevor Whitehouse the owner is long winded ego inflated joke of a man, his complaining about the clamping ban was stuff of legend, he gave many laughs.

He continues to offer these video clips on his own website. Enjoy.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

I'm on my phone so the clips won't play, but I'll take a look on my pc later - thanks :)

I have listened and I did ignore the initial notice. I was surprised by the fact that the second notice arrived in a postage paid (with company logo) envelope and that the letter was more professional than expected.

They are not! They are a bunch of ex-clampers!

Certainly not professional and NOT to be taken seriously. There's another thread about them just updated today, maybe you are both at the same stage in the letter chain:

No-one needs to take Trevor Whitehouse seriously!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Videos seem to have been deleted from server now, not surprising really he looks like he would scare children.
Definitely has a fetish for wheel clamps though, he certainly needs therapy!

Shows how paying for a bit of printing (which anyone can get done) makes people think you are legitimate.

Skintfish if you think that letter is professional u need to get a grip
    For everthing else there's mastercard.
    For clampers there's Barclaycard.
  • Attention OP, your picture has at least 3 identifying pieces of data - Invoice date, reference number and time/date of "parking invoice application".

Might be best to re-edit the picture.

This is Trev's lot, not members of the BPA as he wants to set up his own version of it! The only thing "larger" about them is the size of Trev's ego.

If anyone was in any doubt as to the mentality of these scammers and the way they think they can make up their own rules:

".....was parked in direct contravention to this companies wishes,"

and I love the "Early Bird Discount" ruse, I wonder if they paid a marketing agency to come up with that gem!:rotfl:
