Should I have to pay to leave my contract?

So you buy a handset from a 3rd party and then expected t-mobile to sort it out. You eventually got the 3rd party handset repaired by the manufacturer and have, as a result, cancelled the t-mobile contract?
If you have not completed the 24 month air time contract and you say you have 6 months left, T-mobile will bill you for the remainder and if you don't pay, they will mark that on your credit record.

I have a 2 year contract with T-mobile, I am 18 months into the contract and so I have 6 months left. ......I have cancelled my T-mobile contract due to them making me run around for no reason...0

I'm not sure what unilateral cancellation means :rotfl:but I had to pay to exit my contract but on the plus side it means I can get the galaxy s4 as soon as it comes out0

What's the point then in cancelling now?
You could have done the same when S4 comes out and saved loads of money for paying through your nose for it.
Now you have paid for 6 months of the service that you don't use and will pay some other company for the same service while waiting for S4.0
