Think the new mac may be out of the question, and a few people buying giftvouchers for new Ipads may be disappointed.......

The best they could do was to put me down for a visit but they're not too sure when they'll get to me because it's not urgent, probably the end of the month  by then I think I'll have gone mad as it's really bugging me now:mad:
Still waiting on the guy to come and look at our heating, have had none downstairs for ages now but because there was heating upstairs it's not considered a priority so told them that it's now not working anywhere. We're down for a visit at the start of February, can't do it sooner because of a backlog and if they resubmitted the request it could be later in February! What's wrong, can they not just ring the contractor to say to prioritise certain ones? No too much hard work for them.

Those smoke alarms are often used at this time of year for nesting chirrups. Maybe just open it up to check.0 -
