Gift card pondering.....
Do you think I could say to Boots SA " I just got £60 of Boots giftcards for my birthday *cough cough* which is a shame because I spent £60 last week on the 75% off day"
If I took what I bought back to them would they refund to my debit card and then sell to me again on my giftcards? There is potential to recoup £15 here
I still have the receipt to prove it so can't see any problem with this.
Thoughts please....
They may play or may refund you and not put the stock back out, it depends on the CS.
I admit I have done something similar buying a big item before Christmas so that I could give the present, then buying the same item when reduced in the sale to benefit from the lower price as it was half price (quickly taking the label off outside the store then heading back to CS at the opposite end of the store with my pre-Christmas receipt ... saved carry the item into or out of town ).

My DS is doing it as part of his art Course and his Art teacher ( also a V keen photographer) gave us loads of advice about what cameras and stuff would help with his course......just a thought....if does it or plans to do it at school in the future. They also have a camera club at school which my Ds goes to which he loves.
I don't now if the school has a club for photography but have a parent teacher interview tomorrow so will ask.
When I was at the girls school we had one and I think they may still do it but the boys school didn't, who knows it may have changed after all they never done home economics then but do now!
I have contacted a guy who has runs an adult group to see if he knows of anyone doing a kids one but know with child protection they may think it too much hassle.SPC #329 £471/£500 banked

For muller yoghurt fans. In Tesco today the 6 packs were 2 for £5 and they had new 4 packs each containing 4 of the same flavour (mainly fruit ones) that were on intro offer of half price at £1.24 so equiv to 31p each.
