This happened to me a few weeks ago. Neither the buyer nor I could work it out. After much faffing around, Ebay live help worked out that I had put the wrong email address on my listing and therefore the payment had not come to the correct account
Maybe just worth checking it out to make sure you've put in the correct details?

thanks for posting. I was just about to get my coat on, but someone has said it scanned full price for them. Must be store specific. I have a 50pointer too!
