Did it say what age babies they were looking for? Thank you.

    Nope.
On sign up one of the Q's is asking for weight of baby though (I assume it's in line with the range of nappies) and it goes all the way up to 16kg as a selection.

Can someone tell me which bin bags to look for? I have just bought the wrong ones, but didn't like to give them back at the till, as I was already being severely 'touted' for trying to use internet coupons!!

Will be sticking with my usual Mr A in future! :(

Also with POP never send it to the buyer. It is your responsiblity to claim back from Royal Mail.
    sorry
I used to think this and was happy to do this but how is this possible now with the rule changes? Royal Mail want proof of cost and I didn't have the receipt. I know this was my fault in this case but not sure what happens in the case of a 2nd hand item and I wouldn't have proof of cost for that. The issue that I have is that nothing is made clear by Royal Mail or Ebay and I just feel that they make it as difficult as possible so that people give up and don't bother :(

Thanks for posting this - some great advice. Glad you had the gumption to escalate this and that it got sorted. I bet loads don't bother.
My fiance is excellent at complaining and taught me a lot. If you get an email from a company and it is from "firstname.surname@ourcompany.com" you can google the directors and their email addresses will be "directorsfirstname.surname@ourcompany.com"
