  • Afternoon All I also had a spiral perm and blue batwing jumsuit that i wore with black stilletoes and a wide belt, and a really dark plum lippy. I thought i looked red hot, gives a good laugh now when i look back at the pictures.
Dad would take me out for driving practice inbetween the driving lessons. usually twice a week ,always on a sunday in time fora drink with his mates at the con club on mill road cambridge. we would drive 8 miles into Cambridge do all the roundabouts from ditton lane to addenbrookes, then into the salibury con club few drinks for dad , then back into the drivers seat for me and drive home for sunday dinner. :) Now days wouldnot be allowed person sitting beside the driver has to be under the drink limit too.

    But from a different era

I live 2 minutes walk from Ditton lane shops! I know the Salisbury and con club quite well as well. :o:D

15p from wombles today- all multibuys showing in sada favour this afternoon.

Got an attempted trouting in sada today....well it was my second visit. The first visit had cost me minus 1p.

Young lad on till questioned using more than one apg at a time with the weekend supervisor- supervisor said that she thought it was only one per transaction but would ask the manager. I stood there singing dumb...needless to say she came back saying that David had said yes it was ok to use more than one.

She hadn't got the good grace to apologise to me for the wait - instead in true trouty style she continued "I still think it's only one at a time but he says it's ok" and she's a supervisor:eek::eek:

Someone on MSE stated yesterday that at their T Metro, the soya milk was only 79p hence free with a coupon. I don't have a T near me so can't try. Could be working but not sure as I thought all T's would have the same price?

In my store they were 3 for 3.00 in the fridgte section and in the drink isle.

Good to hear she arrived safe and well :) but I'm not liking the forecast for the next couple of days - i'm told we are expecting 4 inches to add to what we already have from tomorrow afternoon into Tuesday, combine that with the wind :(
