I love doing the plank, but the variation sounds painful!
Does anyone do the lunges with the dumbbells in each hand, and the squats with the kettle bell? Now let me tell you, those are bloody killers! Try them and you probably won't gracefully get out of bed the next morning, I had to fall out of bed!:eek:
lunges and squats with dumbbells, also plank rows- one handed plank while doing 'rows' with dumbell then switching arms, that is :eek:0 -

Mrs S, is this the pub on millrd or a different one? - The salisbury arms near tenison rd, where the edl manager / supervisor was found being gross and posting offensive stuff on his fb page.
EDIT: think it was this that I read last yr regarding it, made me sad really:(, remember the inside of it, fond memories:) http://www.cambridge-news.co.uk/News/Racist-landlord-sacked-by-parents-25112011.htm:eek:FunkyFeet:eek:Elite 5:2 #190 -
Did anyone else buy the Ts own brand cat and dog food when it was half price a couple of weeks ago? I bought both and I know the packaging has changed but the contents must have too. Both my cats and the dog are turning their noses up at it....won't touch it. I have had Ts own brand in the old packaging before and they ate it fine.
Very strange because they're not fussy animals. They pretty much eat any brand that I give them. I ended up giving them something else yesterday and tried them all with a different flavour today, but same thing...none of them will eat it.
Some bargain that was:o I'll take the lot of it to the rescue centre tomorrow0 -
Someone on MSE stated yesterday that at their T Metro, the soya milk was only 79p hence free with a coupon. I don't have a T near me so can't try. Could be working but not sure as I thought all T's would have the same price?
i've looked in a few stores for the 79p milk and couldn't see any. It must be end of line. The cheapest i've seen them is 3 4 £3:)0 -

Popped down to T's San***rst today as needed some lever arch files (exciting I know!), I was standing there deciding whether to go for the Value ones for £1.50 or pick up 3 for £4 when I looked down. Sitting below the rest of the shelves was a pack of 10 A4 lever arch files for £2.50
.
Bit of a struggle to get them home, but if anyone is interested I left two boxes behind! The SA looked a bit surprised when they went through, they were originally £16.47
Have to admit I was rather hoping they would scan full price ....What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
