Oh no, the side one is very hard to do. I can't do that for the life of me. All the ladies at the gym do it rather elegantly however.

My PT normally get me to do a minute of the plank at the end of an hours workout!!

also a variation starting in the plank position but rolling a ball towards me and me having to push it back, alternate arms for a minute too!

I love doing the plank, but the variation sounds painful!

Does anyone do the lunges with the dumbbells in each hand, and the squats with the kettle bell? Now let me tell you, those are bloody killers! Try them and you probably won't gracefully get out of bed the next morning, I had to fall out of bed!:eek:

    Evening :)

Ulrika J (my car:D) got me to town and back ok. Saw a car skid around the corner when turning right. I quickly over took him as he was clearly out of control:eek: T's was so quiet. Got lots of whoopsies despite 3 women trying to grab everything. It wasn't too bad though. There is usually at least 10 [STRIKE]vultures[/STRIKE] people grabbing everything! I noticed the almonds were still priced at 3 4 £2:) I thought whoopie and grabbed 6 bags expecting mr T to pay me to take them away...they scanned at 3 4 £2! when I tried to buy some yesterday (in a different store), they scanned at £1.52 each!

I left some chicken out to defrost, but forgot to close the kitchen door...

I can do the side plank for about 3 mins each side.....it's easy for me. The normal plank is a killer for me tho.....I manage about 10 secs. Our instructor also makes us do the gorilla plank!!! Nightmare....!

BTW thanks for the spreadsheet FloFlo.....much appreciated. :)
