Sainsburys reductions were rubbish this afternoon  apart from some hot cross buns
We have a post box like tall bin behind the tills where you can shove your plastic bags for recycling. It's always full so it takes a bit of shoving to get anything in. So I was pushing and shoving this afternoon and in return I 'collected' a screwed up rec which turned out to have with it a till spit for double points on petrol and a £4 wys £40 conditional spend :T
Also from my own nectar cards I got 400 points wys £20 and another double points for fuel (and also the inevitable extra points one for a £60 spend which OH takes to work to give to someone, never going to spend that much in one go in any store even when a double discount wine festival starts)

Thanks for the advice on the Freixenet last night. Too much snow for me to get to Ts today so I haven't managed to try it yet. Am having to manage with a cheeky glass of afternoon Baileys, about to raid the freezer for some glitchy party food -Merry Christmas everyone
xx
edit i see izzy has tried it and it did not work0 -

How long can you last before falling into a heap on the floor? Who is reasonably fit amongst us?
have to do these every week in exercise class, can do 60 seconds no problem, anything more is painful0 -

Wow. Well done. How long you been doing it for?

About 3 minutes, maybe more but I get a bit bored, try the reverse one lifting your bottom off ground and holding yourself up with hands or front one holding yourself up with hands to do alternative leg lifts. That is hard it does me in. I do American style dance arts pilates 3 times a week, I thought I was fit till I started this. Older ladies running rings around me after two years..... Keep going it gets easier until u get a harder exercise that is! Trains the rear core abdominals. To find these lie flat on floor with knees up feet on floor under bum. Breath in and push belly button to floor like you wearing a tight belt. Then squeeze as you breath out and just lift or pull up a little in that area...... Don't go mad....SIMPLES!0 -
Thanks qpr10 but its travelodge saver rate. No amendments or cancelations allowed. Not to worry the mega bus and national express seems like my best option x0

That was my first ever attempt earlier in the week. I just shut my eyes and thought of something, anything to take my mind of it....took me a while to pick myself up off the floor, it totally finished me.
It says once you have mastered 2 mins then you can move on to the Side Plank Star :)Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

I used to be able to do 90 seconds but that was in my pole dancing days and now I think I'd struggle to do 20. I'll have a go in a bitAbout 3 minutes, maybe more but I get a bit bored, try the reverse one lifting your bottom off ground and holding ouself up with hands or front one holding yourself up with hands to do alternative leg lifts. I'm knackered just reading that!
