    We will be open unless there is snow tonight, kids will be in normal time, blah be blah :(:D

    My school is on reduced timetable but thats for the students office staff will be normal hours.
    Only prob is DS2's school is closed - really don't know why roads are clear at the mo.
    DS1 is on reduced timetable but braced for a text at 9am to day closed.

    My aim for 2013 was to get fitter and I stumbled across what I thought should be one of the easiest exercises ever.......but it hurts...

    How long can you last before falling into a heap on the floor? Who is reasonably fit amongst us?

    How long can you last before falling into a heap on the floor? Who is reasonably fit amongst us?

    I can do it for about 90 seconds before I collapse into a heap.

    PS. The young gentleman in the photo is doing it wrong. His aris should be a bit higher hence making it look like a proper plank instead of a wonky one.

    Just seen weather for region and we have more forecast tonight and tomorrow , and out of the region we are one of 5 towns that has not got above freezing for 4 days !
