My apg problem is from wombles. Sorry, I should mentioned that ill bit.

I rang Tesco clubcard about points n the guy said they not showing but will be added at end quarter. I don't trust this method at all, I go in the shop now tell co not put them on and then tell CS add them as points not green points.

I've thanked you for this, as you've also told me the T Eday Value Mushy Peas may be one to buy, esp. if T have tripled/sextupled their prices on this item according to the Sun newspaper. Good T PP item vs A it now appears (as long as A don't increase their price).

Also - I wouldn't be using loose bananas at A as a filler vs T as T have increased their price significantly (79p/kg compared to 68p/kg) and it's losing you about a penny on the APG - bananas are best on an M comp. or - if you're in NI - bought at T vs A. (But then this is insignificant in 'money saving' terms (only 1p) and it may be better to get a banana than, say, another loose item that is more expensive per kg at both A and T - then again other loose items may now be better than bananas vs T.)

Highlight of all the items whose equivalents, it seems, are best bought at A for an APG. At least as at the date of this shopping. (Although there may be better items to buy that are better by kg - for example 48 Weetabix vs T's £3 than 24 for 10% off £2.17 - seems, if you have to have 24, 24 would be better vs M (that is A vs M) on this result, the specific toilet rolls better A vs S etc.)

A lot only on account of there being no exact comparable item at A to the specific item bought on this shop (but diff sizes at A vs others, inc. T, may be a lot better), so they don't really count (hence why I've said "few" are best bought in T, note that where T and A's price is the same, or sometimes even where T is more expensive, they are best bought at A due to the 10% (ignoring the possibility of DTDs at T for SEL mispricings)).

Apologies again if I've missed any out in my highlighting - of course there could also be other equivalents or pack sizes that work out cheaper still (e.g. 1% milk, instead of skimmed, x3 Avs T or M, or vs S in any number, and Eday Value Choc Chip Cookie Tvs S or M - I think A may have equiv.
