seems I left it too late . can't get any I like now . my sock drawer has a theme - purple or with stars on . preferably both :j running low on all now as had to throw some out and no one gave me socks for Christmas!:rotfl:

The easiest tea loaf you will ever make:)

13oz mixed fruit
5oz sugar
Half a pint of hot strong tea
11 oz SR flour
1 beaten egg

Soak fruit and sugar in tea overnight
Next day add flour and egg and mix well.
Put mixture into lined loaf tin and cook for one and a half hours in a medium hot oven.

Eat with lurpak:)

Definitely worth going to Boots as there was rows of goodies available today. When I collected my order, the sales assistant did say that the 75% off sale was starting one day next week but she wasn't sure what day! Last year I finished work a couple of hours early but there was only empty shelves by the time I arrived. From what people have said in the past, it doesn't sound like a pleasant experience and far worse than woopsie time at the supermarket. Good luck.

that looks delicious!! can imagine it smells good too! but dieting and been so good all week must not be tempted .
