Latest update for NI folk re Ts coupon policy
So the latest update for NI shoppers using the Tesco competitor coupon policy is:
Officially Tesco stopped taking competitor coupons everywhere including mainland UK on January 10th.
Unofficially Tesco NI stores are still taking them.
Apparently Tesco were unhappy with the outcome of relaxing the policy outside NI so they pulled it. In NI they will be relaunching the coupon policy soon - officially.
So basically it's as you were. Staff will refuse to accept coupons when they feel like it regardless of any promo materials on display and Head Office will fob you off leaving you in no mans land, mortified at your treatment in store.
Just posted this on FB. Mum & me getting fed up with the runaround and lies :mad:No one can make you feel inferior without your consent ~ Eleanor Roosevelt0 -

Hugs to 3dogs.

Very quiet on the glitches, at the moment. Galaxy bubbles still going through at 31p in tescos. Went to sainsburys the yesterday turkey foil tins 10p, and 900g jacobs mixed cracker boxes £1.50.
Wh smiths on line have reduced some annuals to 99p with free delivery to stores:)
Havent been on much recently, have struggled after christmas with the flulike virus and feeling fit, bit pathetic really seeing how people like logie are being so strong, and not being pulled down by major things.
Also went to superdrug this week Pears soap, shower gel and liquid soap are buy 1 get 1 free, my family love tthe pears liquid soap from the glitch at asda last year.
Off to Tesco in a bit to get some lenor. speak later. Sun bursting through now looks cold but beautiful:)0 -
You are correct someone has reported it still compared at 10p at least once since price has gone up but obviously it is a risk now.
My store had restocked today so I've tried it, report back later.
I hope everyone is keeping up with their spending charts
Just done a sum and I am running at about 40% - ie of my total shopping everyday spends 60% I pay for with real hard earned cash and 40% with a combination of APG, BM, TPP, MOC and gift card. obviously could do better but the whoopsies around here are really rubbish.
finally got around to inputting my rec collection today, several Toscos ones and a few Sada ones none of which produced anything except one for 38p, not sure wether I am printing this one.
2 more to do later.
I got 4 Alpen boxes today with the 50p MOcs on them but I only found the choc ones by scrabbling on the floor, right at the back of the bottom shelf. But if I find more of these special boxes in Sainsburys they will be good to make up a BM £20 shop
No reduced cat food in either of the toscos I've been to
Popped into a waitrose yesterday and on their till supervisor desk there was a poster with a photo of a £5 Mars MOC which there were telling till girls not to accept as they were not legal and they would not get the money back for the,. I can't say I have ever seen or hear of a £5 Mars MOC“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

my dd is a terrible night sleeper! She was born at 12:08 in the morning & she was wide awake then! She is a whirl wind of energy & fearless with it! But she hates sleeping alone. We once battled with the nanny technique for 6 hours of non stop screaming & crying! Our neighbours have teenagers so they understand & we dont complain about the teenage strops sounding like a herd of elephants up the stairs!
I always said that she shouldnt have a tv in her room but we end up playing stuff on our phones for her to watch anyway. Shes 2 in a couple of weeks so a
a portable dvd player it is!
Going to spar later to use my cs.
Have a great day all x
My phone is playing up & I cant get to the next line to delete it!

Our last home was a 1 bed flat. We moved to a 2 bed flat when DD was 8 months old and put her straight in there. She had her cot mobile but at 1 year old mam bought her a tv with dvd so I put a lullaby dvd on every night to help her sleep and it worked wondersMay: Make £5 a day £115.38 / £155
