You would think being 32 I would have made stew at some point, but no, tonight was the first time! Being veggie for 20 years probably has something to do with it. However using whoopsied veg, pork, beef & lamb (trying to get dd to try different things) and some stock, I apparently made a rather nice one that oh & dd polished off

I also got some good news that tripod is settling well in his new home

Our thoughts have been turning to holidays too, as they tend to at this time of year and we've just booked to go back to Florida in May. I've convinced myself it's MSE as I paid the the flights with avios so "only" had to pay the taxes.

Don’t lose touch with good friends, as although with great friends you can always catch up the next time you see them as if you had never been apart, sometimes fate kicks in and you never get the opportunity.:(:(
