They seem to have a lot of Xmas decorations, cake tins, etc in now which is good. They have those large storage bags in a gingerbread Xmas design which are a great size for storing your Xmas decorations in for £1.49.

Thanks cumbrianshopaholic for the info about the bag. I'm sure it's the big storage bag I picked up (I hope!) I have a few of the other regular designed bags already. I had better open it and check though just to be sure as I never spotted there was a different style.0

I bought the Christmas bags in the Lochee store in Dundee. There are two designs for the bags, one which is like the old style storage bags we know with the zip across the top.
I bought these as Christmas gift bags this year for friends whom I also give to their kids so I can put everything in the one place and drop it off. Much easier than individual bags and it's like a gift which keeps on giving. i.e. the family can use it again to store things in or recycle it again next year to someone else, even back to me which has happened before and is now a standard joke.
The second style is about the same width but maybe about a foot taller but with no zip.
I think they were both £1.79
Lastly there is the Christmas Stocking, not quite as big as either of the bags but still a decent size (much bigger than conventional fabric stockings though) and made out of the same pattered stuff (recycled plastic bottles? don't let that put you off though). Not sure how much they were.
I can't see many of these lasting long with Christmas just round the corner.
Oh they also had metal Christmas Tree Stands for £6.99. They are around £20 in B & Q and the likes normally.0 -

I find the Apple and Cinnamon one best, I have quite a big open living room and have one burning at the moment, its a lovely fragrance. Last well, I have been burning it every day for a week now and am about a quarter of the way down the pot. In a smaller room, the smell would be stronger. Well worth the money, also try the pumpkin spice and mulled wine, both lovely scents. Hope that helps
Ah thank you! Will definitely pick one up next time im in storeI did get the other day some more 'Wickford & Co' mini glass jar candles, they had more scents I got 'Cinnamon Spice' & 'Toasted Mallow' they are so amazing for 50p! May be nice for stocking fillers aswell

just bought a few of the tiny jars, figured if they weren't up to much candle wise then the mini jars will come in useful!!!0

More bargains yesterday!
A Baby Alive interactive doll 12.99, Blendy Pens set of 16 for £6.99 and a Crayola Digitools Airbrush set for £3.99. And my favourite, a set of 3 crackle glass balls with LED lights inside for 7.99 (these sell for £40 a set in John Lewis), I bought red but they also had gold and I think white.0 -

That's them! I find it hard to believe they are selling for £40 but are well worth £7.99, they are in the same aisle as the Christmas decorations but can easily be used all year round, they are soooo pretty.0 -
