I have used them for cheese, carrots, chocolate and lemon zest so far. They grated everything easily and they are pretty sturdy. The fine one is very fine and was good for the zest and chocolate. The holder is handy for not adding grated skin.

I hope you can find some.

    Thank you.

Still not got them in at my store. They have the food holders in and they have had them for a while so its odd that they don't have the graters. But I shall keep on looking!
  • Some good buys in the Hamilton store today

Highland Spring sparkling flavoured water 1 litre - 29p
    (Elderflower or black currant flavours)

Maynard's large packs of Discovery Animals or Body Parts - 49p
(Rrp around £1 or more a pack- ideal for loose in Halloween bags)

470g tub of Vanish Gold - £2.99 (rrp usually over £5)

Mitchum spray deodorants- old design packaging- £1.19
    (Usually a couple of quid.)

They seem to have a lot of Xmas decorations, cake tins, etc in now which is good. They have those large storage bags in a gingerbread Xmas design which are a great size for storing your Xmas decorations in for £1.49.

I'm in Leicestershire and i've tried both stores here. Its not a problem, I'm visiting my mother in Mablethorpe next week and there is a huge store in Skegness so I bet I will get them there.
  • Spotted sachets of Discovery Fajita Seasoning mix for 24p. I think they're so cheap because Discovery have re-branded to Santa Maria so they're selling all the old stock off with the old name. However, the Use By date for the sachets is years away so you can stock up

Not as strong as Yankee but are about a tenth of the price. I find the Apple and Cinnamon one best, I have quite a big open living room and have one burning at the moment, its a lovely fragrance. Last well, I have been burning it every day for a week now and am about a quarter of the way down the pot. In a smaller room, the smell would be stronger. Well worth the money, also try the pumpkin spice and mulled wine, both lovely scents. Hope that helps :)

At that price you could afford to burn 2 in a room and still be a lot cheaper than Yankee's. Will take a look next time I'm in, thanks.
