Is this Fridge3 a self appointed Atos rep? in which case he should be in the same category as the rep which is a step below the gutter in my opinion.0

ATOS and every one of their apparatchiks are certainly to blameURL="https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4070035"]see#13[/URL. Good medically trained staff are fully employed and don't or won't work for ATOS, the less good are unemployed or underemployed, they and the less moral are likely to work for ATOS
ATOS is employed to do an axe job for GOV-UK via the DWP with a product called LiMA that is designed to save Mi££ions for the treasury and is nothing whatsoever to do with medical conditions or disabilities. Its a treasury driven chain saw designed to cut huge swathes of costs from the Welfare budget. ATOS are not there to get it right they're there to get it done for the Mi££ions they are paid, a private company driven entirely by the profit motive has no morals whatsoever and in health practitioner terms their apparatchiks have no URL="https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3940545"]see #11[/URL Hippocratic oath or even Duties of a doctor left within their moral compass.

ATOS the company came and .. .. one day they will went .. .. history will always remember that the CONdems both did this to their citizens, and that ATOS wielded the axe. That's what the appeals process (which represent less than 5% of total claims) is for, to cover claims that may be wrong or where new information is introduced by the claimant.
Or to counter unfair treatment or spurious 'reports' - both of which seem to happen far too much, and some of which have fatal consequences.0 -
You still don't get it. Why should any company be allowed to get away with telling lies about people. This is not about process is it's about downright LIES. If there was less lying there would be less people having to go to tribunal.
ATOS nor anyone else should be allowed to lie in their assessments. I'm all for assessments, not as they stand now, not this sham they call the WCA and not ATOS lying about people.

Out goes the Atos Rep in comes Fridge3!!!
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Not very subtle Fridge!:D
I wouldn't go expecting subtlety from him - or truth, for that matter.
Must have been an early finish for him today, or something.Incidentally just to correct you (again).
Not exactly a first. If you at Atos did your jobs properely in the first place with respect to carrying out sub-standard WCAs and carrying out Pre-Board checks the number of appeals wouldn't be as high.
Or the number of fatalities linked to them.0 -

Yep - you may have noticed he astro-turfs for them.
And not particularly well, at that.sicknotethefirst wrote: »in which case he should be in the same category as the rep which is a step below the gutter in my opinion.
At first, I had him down as a troll, but he posts far too frequently for that - especially whenever anyone posts something even vaguely critical of the company.0 -

Oh, he's a 'member', all right.
Read some of his other posts - and I wouldn't recommend that - and you'll very quickly get the gist.0 -
I won't bother because he fits into the LIAR CLAN0

Atoss staff, as well as the Official Secrets Act, also have to take the 'Hypocritical Oath'.Richie-from-the-Boro wrote: »- """ATOS is not the sole, or even major problem in the system""" - true, but they took the 20 pieces of silver and wield the axe

When 'clients' want to 'boot out' sick people and use medicine as a smoke-screen to do it, that's where Atoss come in.
They were (and still are) notorious in Occupational Health even before they got the DWP contract.Richie-from-the-Boro wrote: »ATOS the company came and .. .. one day they will went .. .. history will always remember that the CONdems both did this to their citizens, and that ATOS wielded the axe. New Labour brought them in, but the ConDoms aren't changing it.
Which is why IBS is a doubly-sickening figure - he's trying to take the dubious 'credit' for it, just because even he knows he's achieved absolutely nothing in national politics.
It's his last chance to 'prove himself', but most can see through him for what he is - a worthless, sausage-factory, corporate-bought sham, just like every other MP.0
