again atos are your hcp on peace work.
could i ask everyone else to also ask this question until we get an answer?
they answered the commission question, so why not the 'peace work' one.
is the above clear enough for you atos?
I would also like to know the answer to this.:jYou can have everything you wont in lfe, If you only help enough other people to get what they wont.:j0 -
That you will never know.
The question is - would you trust any of the three main parties come election time to do the right thing and reverse what you have described as being an onslaught?
Who would you trust to tell the truth about what they will do BEFORE you mark your cross?
I know who I wouldn't trust as far as I could throw them is!!!0 -

It is however, I'm sure you'll agree, in theirs and the claimants interests to process wca's as expediently as possible.0 -
Given that so many medical doctors and consultants have complained about Atos ignoring their expert evidence I find the above very difficult to believe.
Why then would these medical doctors and consultants report that their evidence isn't being taken inot account if Atos say it is!!!
That role falls to atos and dwp. The doctors aren't at the atos wca so wouldn't know about what the claimant says in context of the assessment, and how that applies to the descriptors.0 -
Atos are not on piece work, they do not receive bonus or remuneration based on how may wca's they do.
It is however, I'm sure you'll agree, in theirs and the claimants interests to process wca's as expediently as possible.
I don't know if your right or wrong.
I did read somewhere once that they were paid per medical that the HPC carried out.
Again I don't know if this is right or wrong.:jYou can have everything you wont in lfe, If you only help enough other people to get what they wont.:j0 -

Despite atos being paid >£100 million a year of taxpayers money to throw sick and disabled people off their benefits not including the massive cost to the taxpayer in successful appeals due to their sub-standard WCAs the contract between atos and the DWP is "confidential" so they well may be getting paid per "medical".0 -
The doctors diagnose and treat what is wrong and report on that. Their function is not to assess how that diagnosis affects their capability for work in relation to eligibility for benefits.
That role falls to atos and dwp. The doctors aren't at the atos wca so wouldn't know about what the claimant says in context of the assessment, and how that applies to the descriptors.
I suggest you check on what Atos are supposed to request from medical doctors and consultants and then disregard. We've already learnt that Atos may phone up a doctor to request where the clinical details if they are late in arriving, but as we know it's not in Atos's interest to get a medical opinion of the level of disability a person has as Atos's prime objective is throwing people off their benefits thus keeping to their targets.0 -
Yes, they have, clearly there is nothing to disprove. The burden of proof lies with those making the assertion.
Well, American states had the good sense to ban them - and it's only a matter of time, because we follow America's lead for everything.Propagating bias opinions is proof of nothing except further propaganda.
'Biased' opinions - which yours is.Vile unsubstantiated accusations like the ones you've linked to are despicable.
So's advocating users who try and push other people into suicide - which is quite a bit more despicable.Nothing to deny. The conspiracy theorists can't even get off first base let alone near court with a case to have anything to deny.
The government wouldn't let such a case even begin - that's not what the government are being paid for.0
