Ummm yes, Labour devised ESA, Labour gave the contract to ATOS, Con/Dem carried on with the scheme and expanded it, Labour agree with this expansion of Welfare Reform!

If they agreed with the expansion of welfare reform I wonder what all those labour ammendments were for then some of which were adopted.

If labour had won the last election then no doubt welfare would have been a high priority for cutting however it's a moot point whether it would have been as nasty and vindictive as this tory lead coalition onslaught has been.

But it is. Routinely and repeatedly.

Shame that that's not actually true.
    But it isn't.

    But it is.

A few more until a government decides they're either too much trouble to keep covering up for, or when they're no longer of any use.
They must be of some use, they found you capable of work which you now claim to be doing. Such that it is.

Well ATOS, you have made your position quite clear.

Your silence is obviously a clear admittance of guilt and proves that you and your HCP's have no ethical or moral standing.

    You are despicable.

ATOS KILLS, and they don't even deny it.
Yes, they have, clearly there is nothing to disprove. The burden of proof lies with those making the assertion.

Propagating bias opinions is proof of nothing except further propaganda.

Vile unsubstantiated accusations like the ones you've linked to are despicable.

Nothing to deny. The conspiracy theorists can't even get off first base let alone near court with a case to have anything to deny.

Its not a question for the DWP.
You should be able to answer this as your own HCP have to do the medical report and so you should bear all the above in mind when doing the medical.
Are you saying that your HCP's don't consider what is medically reasonable ?

This is a question about the medical. And what your HCP'c consider.

    You can answer it.

What dose the Atos HCP handbook say ? All you need to do is llok and it will be in there somewere
Refer to DWP for questions about govt policy and LIMA.
  • A couple of questions for the Atos Rep. When making an appointment if you can not contact the person via a phonecall, would you leave a message on the answer phone?

Also what steps do you take to contact the person if you can not contact a person via a phonecall, Would you then try to contact the person via letter?

    That you will never know.

The question is - would you trust any of the three main parties come election time to do the right thing and reverse what you have described as being an onslaught?
Who would you trust to tell the truth about what they will do BEFORE you mark your cross?

Quite an interesting question. I have told ATOS & the DWP via the ESA50 that I will refuse to discuss anything that they have to say should they telephone me. I have warned them that I will replace the handset immediately no matter what the circumstances are.

All communications must be placed in writing and I will respond accordingly.

Let's see what they do and make them work for their money.

I only asked because a family member can not answer the phone due to her having panic attacks, she does not like speaking to people she does not know. We put all this on the form and that just seeing the Atos doctor is making her get very stressed out.

We asked for all communications to be done through me.
  • are the hcp on peace work?

i first asked this question on the 13th jan and three more times since then. (its now the 26th) and still no answer

again atos are your hcp on peace work.

could i ask everyone else to also ask this question until we get an answer?

they answered the commission question, so why not the 'peace work' one.

is the above clear enough for you atos?
