    Sorry about the delay in responding to you. LiMA is a tool the HCP uses to report the findings of the assessment, it is not conducting the assessment. LiMA supports consistency in the report and enables an electronic version to be sent to DWP. HCPs are not driven by the application and they are always required to use their own clinical judgement and experience.

    It is part of our policy that HCPs introduce themselves at the start of an assessment

    Please explain how you can have consistency in the report ?
    Should not each report be based on the person health issues, And how it affects them personally ?
    No two people are the same ? How can you have Consistency In the reports When diffident health problems affect people In different ways ?

    Well they said it. All I wont is for them to explain what they are on about.

    We hope to respond to complaints within 20 working days. However, investigations may take longer. This is because to conduct a thorough investigation we may need to:
    • Obtain a copy of the medical report from the office dealing with your claim
    • Obtain information from the health care professional involved

    I was told 4 weeks and they would write if they need longer? so it isn't 20 days that you aim for?

    Sorry for any confusion. You should have been told 20 working days, which is 4 weeks most of the time, but won’t be when there are bank holidays.

    My complaint was dated the 15th Feb so I should get a reply by the Friday this week.

    I see the Atos PR Rep still don't like spending much time around here answering questions.

    Still they have what they wont. A few words on there web site about how good they are at helping there "Customer's"

    Atoss are very good at helping themselves - but it's a shame that it's the only thing they're good at.

    Well if it's not their concern ... perhaps they will be concerned when one of these stressed and ill people takes the life of the assessor... and it will happen sooner or later....:T
