so EE dont charge for SMS receipts according to MSE members.

this is 1 line from my EE bill from November

    28/11/2013 09:36 SMS Delivery Receipt text 00:00:00 £0.017

what EE cant get is that this is not active on my phone and i send on average 500 texts a month, yet only have upto 6 SMS receipts, which i tell then that if this is active then their should be a receipt for every SMS sent which i know has been received as i get replies to them

Are you actually on EE (the 4G network) or on Orange?

Orange is listed in the table above as charging £0.017 + vat.

i am on EE. but they have messed me around for months, hence i have a thread about them. last email from them today is this
    Dear Mr ********,

Thank you for your further email received in the Executive Office, I have been asked to respond on behalf of EE.

As requested, should you wish to leave EE, ending your contract early I am able to provide your Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) penalty free.

Should you decide to leave EE and require your PAC, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I trust that the above is of assistance.

    Yours sincerely,

but they are placing £100 in my account + £10 to cover the cost of me returning a faulty phone back to them, which would actually cover my monthly costs to the end of contract, so not sure to take PAC and end contract and then pay for sim only elsewhere or leave it and save myself £11 a month
