I had a delivery yesterday from Yodel and they were first class. They called me on Friday to arrange the delivery. Was told between 7am -8.15. I was up at 6.45 and the lorry was outside. The guys delivering didn't come with the delivery until 7.10. they were courteous and there was no problem with the delivery. Just had a call from them to do a quick survey - First Class service... Thanks Yodel.0

my recent experience with Royal Mail hasn't been great. But my greatest gripe with them is the shutting of my local sorting office. the next nearest isn't within walking distance or on an easy bus route..so I call them and make them redeliver to me at a time or place that is convenient to me...cos let's face it I paid for it to be delivered to me not to go miles out of my way to collect it.0

Collect plus is actually Yodel. I will NEVER use them again after they lost one of my parcels for over a month.
Turns out the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to leave a calling card and had never tried to deliver on 3 occasions listed on the tracking site. After threatening legal action the parcel was miraculously found and delivered.
Another parcel was left sitting in the Wimbledon Broadway collect plus shop for over a week and only found after I again threatened action.
The time and effort and money spent chasing up the 2 lost parcels just wasn't worth it.
Yodel uses a network of self employed drivers who aren't trained or security checked. Some are good but some are very bad. I will be sticking with Royal Mail from now on.0 -
I had to give a poor rating to Yodel, which is what they deserve.
They knock at your door, wait about 3 seconds, then have vanished before you have got to your front door.
I've complained to Amazon about them.
If they go out of business, it's easy to see why. Load of rubbish.0 -
Royal mail is the best. God/dess (so that I don't displease
the feminists gwinnie and Quasar) bless royal mail.
